Have you thought -What will you do if you are still alive for tomorrow? Could you tell me what will you be, in this month, next year, your five years later, ten years later, fifteen years later or more than that?- Have you planned it systematically? Okay, first, I will give you a freedom, whether you will spend more time to read my posting or not. Second, I just remind that this posting is only provided for persons who want to LEARN something, not persons who have NO WISH for their life tomorrow. Last, ensure you read this posting until last word if you want to learn or just leave it if you don’t need a valuable thing to improve your life.
“FOR ANYONE WHO DOESN’T HAVE FUTURE PLANNING, THEY MUST LEARN TO PLAN THEIR FUTURE. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS HAD PLANNING FOR THEIR FUTURE, THEY MUST LEARN TO DO SOMETHING. IF THEY HAVE DONE SOMETHING, THEY HAVE TO LEARN TO GET GREATER. SO, IN WHAT PART WE ARE NOW, WE HAVE TO LEARN BECAUSE LEARNING MAKE US ALIVE”
-Multika Lega Problema, 2011- 🙂
Okay, briefly reviewing the lesson in my first meeting, motivation is any stimulus for doing something. If that kind of stimulus comes from outside, it calls as Extrinsic Motivation. Everyone needs motivation to improve their life, especially extrinsic motivation. This extrinsic motivation is strongly related with environment or society.
Whatever your environment or society looks like, it will impact you much, believe on it. Let say, when you live in society which most of them are teacher, you will have desire to be a teacher. Or at least you will be more polite rather than others who have gambler society. Maybe, although at the early you want to be soldier, it will be changed because of that.
Overall of this meeting, I like “The Sharing Session” about motivation to be a teacher. In this part, I can share something about what my motivation to be SSE student or to be a teacher is. Since I was child, actually I never wanted to be a teacher. First, it’s because there was no person who had profession as a teacher. Second, it’s because of bad assumption from society around me about teacher. They said that teacher could not be able to make money. Become a teacher would not make you rich and any other assumptions. Then, I set a goal that I have to be a businessman or politician in my future. So, I can make money and be rich. That’s my early motivation.
After I have a learning process in SSE, step by step, my mind is opened. To be a businessman, it doesn’t mean that I have to study in business/accountancy/management major. Education gives me many opportunities and options. For example is my brief story why I built a “Bimbingan Belajar & Les Privat”. Firstly, it’s caused by my awareness to parents who want to see their children become smarter and better but they have no more money. Then, I try to help them by making “Bimbel Gratis”. I use guitar and angklung as my value innovation in learning. After that, some of them suggest me to make “Bimbel Reguler” with donation so that their children can learn intensively with music, etc. That’s one of what education provided for me till now. I believe that opportunity can come from everywhere and if we have a good intend to society, society will give goodness also for us. I am very passionate to develop this business and increase my social responsibility.
Actually, by this lesson, I also have a question –What is the difference of person who “motivated” and person who “passionate”? Does person who motivated is always passionate? Or does person who passionate is always motivated? What is the limitation of “motivated” and also “passionate”?-
Guys, do you realize that you have got extrinsic motivation to read this posting? Thanks for reading Guys, I hope it will be useful for you all. Amin 🙂

Thanks for the spirit Daen…
Alhamdulillah lah, for me, that’s a part of my social responsibility. I realize that I need others for my life, so I try to inculcate what I can give for others also. That kind of idea is one of my breakthrough because I believe that there is “Hukum Timbal Balik” in our life 🙂
May I know who is she/he?

did you have the answer already? do people who are motivated always passionate? lets try to reflect: why do you organize bimbel? is it because you are looking for extra income? or because the teaching and learning become your passion?

I organize bimbel because I have “passion” in business & social and “motivation” to apply what I have & give it to society. That’s it. However, if I make that sentence like this: I organize bimbel because I have “motivation” in business & social and “passion” to apply what I have & give it to society. Bu Mima, I think both are similar. That’s why I still need a brighter definition or perception. Do you have explanation about that Bu? 🙂
Thanks
